Resources

WHAT A BULLET CAN DO has been created as a resource for the
gun violence prevention movement in the United States.

That is the aim: preventing further gun violence against human beings.

The links provided here will take you to the websites of organizations providing support to survivors of gun violence as well as gun violence prevention organizations. This list is just a start. It will continue to grow!

Survivor Support

Everytown Survivor Network, part of Everytown for Gun Safety, providing community and support for survivors of gun violence nationwide and helping to amplify their stories.

Find a therapist at Psychology Today.

American Foundation for Suicide Prevention: Find a support group here.

Survivors Empowered, empowering survivors of violence to use their stories to make the world a safer place.

Gun Violence Prevention Organizations

Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence, the oldest organization in the gun violence prevention movement. “Brady’s multi-pronged approach of education, litigation, and legislation will ensure that every community is safe…”

Everytown for Gun Safety, “a movement of Americans working together to end gun violence and build safer communities.” Everytown includes the following groups/programs:
